Eligibility Criteria

• Who Can Refer: All full-time and part-time employees of Flexiti are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Eligible Candidates: Referred candidates must not have been employed by Flexiti in the past 12 months and should not already be present in our applicant tracking system.
• Successful Hire: A referral is considered successful once the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees should submit referrals through the internal referral portal available on the company intranet. Provide the candidate's resume and contact details along with a brief overview of their qualifications.
2. Review: The HR team will review the referral and contact the candidate if they meet the basic criteria for the open position.
3. Interview and Hire: The candidate will go through the standard interview process. Upon a successful hire, the referred employee's status will be tracked for the 90-day period.
4. Bonus Payout: The referral bonus will be processed in the referring employee's next paycheck following the 90-day employment milestone of the new hire.
