Fishawack Health recognizes the value of acquiring top talent through employee referrals, particularly for tech and product roles. This referral bonus program is designed to incentivize current employees to leverage their networks and contribute to building a strong team.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Who can refer? All full-time employees of Fishawack Health are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Who can be referred? Candidates for full-time tech and product roles, as well as other strategic positions within the company.

Bonus Structure

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Junior Level Positions: $1,000 bonus
  • Mid-Level Positions: $2,000 bonus
  • Senior Level Positions: $3,000 bonus
  • Executive Level Positions: $5,000 bonus

• Non-Tech Roles:

  • Junior Level Positions: $500 bonus
  • Mid-Level Positions: $1,000 bonus
  • Senior Level Positions: $1,500 bonus
  • Executive Level Positions: $3,000 bonus

Payment Process

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  1. First Installment (50%): Paid when the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
  2. Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Conditions

• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral program channel to be eligible for the bonus.
• The referred candidate must acknowledge the employee who referred them during the application process.
• The referred candidate must not have applied to or been contacted by Fishawack Health for any position within the past 12 months.
• Referrals are valid for 12 months from the date of submission.
