Program Overview

• Eligibility: The referral bonus program is open to all current employees, excluding those in HR and senior management positions responsible for hiring decisions.
• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official First Solar employee portal. Ensure that your referral mentions your name when applying for the position.
• Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first installment is issued after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment, and the second after 6 months.
