• Software Engineers (All Levels):

  • Bonus: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, and 50% after 6 months.

• Product Managers:

  • Bonus: $4,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, and 50% after 6 months.

• Data Scientists:

  • Bonus: $4,500

• UX/UI Designers:
