Eligibility Criteria
- The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
- The referring employee must be actively employed at First Busey at the time the bonus is paid.
- The referred candidate must successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days.
Payment Process
- The referral bonus will be paid out in the first payroll cycle following the completion of the probationary period.

How to Refer a Candidate
- Fill out the referral form available on the First Busey intranet portal.
- Submit the candidate's resume and cover letter along with the completed referral form.
- HR will acknowledge receipt of the referral and keep you updated on the candidate's status.
Important Notes
- There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
- If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
- Temporary, contract, and part-time positions are not eligible for referral bonuses.
