First Busey is committed to attracting top talent to join our team. To encourage employee participation in our recruitment efforts, we offer a competitive referral bonus program. Below are the details and estimates for the referral bonuses, specifically focusing on tech/product roles, with additional information on other roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Analyst: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Financial Analyst: $2,000
• Customer Service Representative: $1,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• HR Manager: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at First Busey at the time the bonus is paid.
• The referred candidate must successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days.

Payment Process

• The referral bonus will be paid out in the first payroll cycle following the completion of the probationary period.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Fill out the referral form available on the First Busey intranet portal.
2. Submit the candidate's resume and cover letter along with the completed referral form.
3. HR will acknowledge receipt of the referral and keep you updated on the candidate's status.

Important Notes

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
• If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
• Temporary, contract, and part-time positions are not eligible for referral bonuses.
