FICO values the power of employee referrals in attracting top talent, particularly for tech and product roles. The referral bonus program is designed to incentivize current employees to refer qualified candidates to open positions. Below is a detailed overview of the referral bonus structure and estimates for tech/product roles, as well as other positions within the company.

Tech/Product Roles

Eligible Positions:

• Software Engineers
• Product Managers
• Data Scientists
• UX/UI Designers

Bonus Structure:

• Successful Hire Bonus: Up to $5,000
  • Junior Positions: $1,500
  • Mid-Level Positions: $3,000
  • Senior Positions: $5,000

Bonus Payment:

• Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
• Final Payment: Remaining 50% is paid after 6 months of continuous employment.

Other Roles

Eligible Positions:

• Sales and Marketing
• Finance and Operations
• Human Resources

Bonus Structure:
