Fergus Referral Bonus Program

At Fergus, we recognize the value of exceptional talent and the role our employees play in bringing them into our team. Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who help us find the right candidates for our open positions. Below, you'll find the details of our referral bonus program, specifically focusing on tech and product roles, along with estimates and numbers for other roles.

How It Works

1. Eligibility: All current Fergus employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate.

2. Referral Process: To refer a candidate, employees should submit the candidate’s resume and relevant details via our internal referral portal. The referred candidate must indicate the referring employee on their application.

3. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is awarded after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment with Fergus.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• DevOps Engineers: $4,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialists: $3,000
• Sales Associates: $3,500
• Customer Support Agents: $2,000
• HR Specialists: $2,500

Additional Details

• Multiple Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make. Each successful referral is eligible for the corresponding bonus.
• Payment Schedule: Bonuses are disbursed through payroll, subject to taxes and other applicable withholdings.
• Part-time/Contract Roles: Referral bonuses for part-time or contract roles are 50% of the listed full-time role bonus.
