Fednot offers a referral bonus program to incentivize employees to refer candidates for open positions. This initiative aims to attract top talent, especially in technical and product roles, by leveraging the networks of existing employees. Below is a detailed overview of the program, focusing on tech/product roles but also applicable to other positions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Who Can Refer: All full-time employees of Fednot, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers directly associated with the open position.
• Who Can Be Referred: Candidates who have not applied to Fednot in the last 12 months and are not currently engaged in the recruitment process.

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the company's internal referral portal, providing the candidate’s resume and a brief description of their qualifications.
2. Tracking: Each referral is tracked through a unique ID to ensure proper attribution.
3. Hiring Process: Referrals go through the standard hiring process, including interviews and assessments.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 180 days of employment.

• Senior Roles (Senior Software Engineer, Lead Product Manager):

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
