FBS Management Referral Bonus Program

The FBS Management Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. This program not only helps us tap into our employees' networks but also ensures that we are bringing in top-tier talent aligned with our company culture and values.

Overview

Our referral program offers substantial bonuses to employees who successfully refer candidates that are hired and complete their probationary period. The program covers various roles, with a focus on tech and product positions due to our strategic growth in these areas. However, bonuses are available for other roles as well.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

Given the competitive nature of the tech industry, bonuses for these roles are among the highest:

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $4,000
• UX/UI Designers: $3,500
• DevOps Engineers: $3,500

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer bonuses for other positions:

• Sales Executives: $3,000
• Marketing Specialists: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

• Current Employees: Only current employees of FBS Management are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have applied or interviewed for a position within the last 12 months.
• Probationary Period: Bonuses are paid after the referred candidate successfully completes a 90-day probationary period.
