Our referral program offers substantial bonuses to employees who successfully refer candidates that are hired and complete their probationary period. Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

Given the competitive nature of the tech industry, bonuses for these roles are among the highest:

  • Software Engineers: $5,000
  • Product Managers: $4,500
  • Data Scientists: $4,000
  • UX/UI Designers: $3,500
  • DevOps Engineers: $3,500

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer bonuses for other positions:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Current Employees: Only current employees of FBS Management are eligible to participate in the referral program.
  • Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have applied or interviewed for a position within the last 12 months.
  • Probationary Period: Bonuses are paid after the referred candidate successfully completes a 90-day probationary period.
