Eligibility

• Who can refer? Current employees, partners, and community members.
• Who can be referred? Candidates who have not applied for a position at Farmers Restaurant Group in the last 12 months.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

3. Data Analyst

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus Amount: $2,800
