Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

  • Senior Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Scientist, etc.
    • Referral Bonus: $5,000
    • Payout Schedule: 50% after the referral completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 12 months.
    • Estimated Annual Impact: If each participating employee successfully refers two candidates who are hired, and we have an average of 50 employees participating, this could result in an approximate annual payout of $500,000 in bonuses.

Other Roles

  • Marketing, Sales, HR, etc.
    • Referral Bonus: $2,000
    • Payout Schedule: 50% after the referral completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 12 months.
    • Estimated Annual Impact: Assuming the same rate of participation and success as tech roles, this could result in an approximate annual payout of $200,000 in bonuses.

Program Guidelines

  1. Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. However, hiring managers and HR personnel directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position are excluded.

  2. Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must be new to ExtraHop and not in our existing candidate database. The referral should be submitted before any formal interview process has begun.

  3. Referral Process:

    • Ensure that the candidate acknowledges your referral when contacted by our recruitment team.
    • Track the status of your referral through the portal
