The referral bonus program at EXL Service is structured to incentivize employees who refer candidates for various job roles, particularly in high-demand areas such as technology and product management. The bonuses vary depending on the role and its level of demand and complexity.

Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
     • Referral Bonus: Up to $5,000
     • Conditions: The referred candidate must successfully pass the interview process and remain employed for a minimum of 6 months.

2. Other High-Demand Roles:

   • Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers:
     • Referral Bonus: Up to $4,000
     • Conditions: Same employment condition as tech/product roles apply.

3. General Roles:

   • Administrative, HR, and Support Functions:
     • Referral Bonus: Up to $2,000
     • Conditions: Employment condition applies.

Payment Structure

• The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
