Tech and Product Roles

1. Software Engineer / Developer:

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Conditions: Payable after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment.

2. Product Manager:

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Conditions: Payable after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment.

3. Data Scientist / Analyst:

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Conditions: Payable after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment.

Other Roles

1. Marketing Specialist:

   • Bonus Amount: $1,500
   • Conditions: Payable after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment.

2. Sales Representative:

   • Bonus Amount: $1,500
   • Conditions: Payable after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment.

3. Administrative Roles:

Eligibility and Process

• Eligibility: All full-time Exelixis employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. HR personnel and hiring managers for the specific role are not eligible for a referral bonus.

• Referral Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the company's official referral system, providing the candidate's resume and any relevant information.
