Bonus Payment Process

Eligibility: The referral bonus is available to all current evolvedMD employees and external partners who refer a candidate. Referred candidates must be hired as full-time employees and complete a minimum of 90 days of employment.

Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on the evolvedMD intranet or website. Ensure to include the candidate’s resume and a brief explanation of why you believe they are a great fit for evolvedMD.

Confirmation: Once a referred candidate is hired, the referrer will receive an initial notification confirming the start of the candidate's employment.

Payment: The referral bonus will be paid out in the next payroll cycle following the candidate’s successful completion of 90 days of employment.
Additional Information
- Multiple Referrals: If the same candidate is referred by multiple individuals, the bonus will be awarded to the person who submitted the referral first, as recorded in our system.
