Tech/Product Roles

Program Details

• Eligibility: All full-time Evolus employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred employee completes 90 days with the company, and the second half is paid after six months.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit their referral through the official Evolus referral portal to ensure that the referral is tracked and eligible for the bonus.
• Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates. Referral bonuses are applicable per successful hire.
• Role-Specific Adjustments: Bonus amounts may be adjusted based on the critical need for specific roles at discretion of Evolus management.
