Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: Employees who refer a candidate hired for a software engineering position can receive a referral bonus of up to $5,000.
• Data Scientists: Referrals leading to successful hires in data science roles can earn employees a $4,500 bonus.
• Product Managers: For successful referrals in product management, employees can earn a $4,000 bonus.
• UX/UI Designers: A referral resulting in a hire for UX/UI design roles can bring in a $3,500 bonus for the referring employee.

Other Roles

• Sales Positions: Employees referring candidates for sales roles can earn a referral bonus of $3,000.
• Customer Support: A successful referral in customer support can yield a $2,500 bonus.
• Administrative Roles: For administrative roles, employees can receive a $2,000 referral bonus.

Bonus Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: To be eligible for the referral bonus, employees must submit candidate referrals through the official Evergy referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.
• Payment Timeline: Referral bonuses are typically paid in two installments:
  • 50% is paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.
