  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire's first month, remaining 50% after six months.
• Product Manager
  • Bonus Amount: $4,500
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire's first month, remaining 50% after six months.
• Data Scientist
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire's first month, remaining 50% after six months.
• UI/UX Designer
  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire's first month, remaining 50% after six months.

• Sales Executive
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
