ESW Referral Bonus Program

At ESW, our team is our greatest asset, and we believe that great talent knows great talent. To support our growth and strengthen our team, we offer a competitive referral bonus program for employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired. This program applies to various roles, with a particular focus on tech and product positions.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Who can refer? All permanent employees of ESW, except for HR and recruitment team members.
• Who can be referred? Any candidate not already in our recruitment process and not previously employed by ESW within the past 12 months.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, etc.
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Other Roles (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations)

• Specialist and Management Positions
  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,250 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • $1,250 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees should submit candidate referrals through the designated internal referral portal, including the candidate’s resume and any relevant information.

2. Recruitment Process: Referred candidates will undergo ESW’s standard recruitment process.

3. Bonus Eligibility: The referral bonus is contingent upon the referred candidate being hired, starting employment, and meeting the specified tenure milestones.

Additional Considerations

• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral form was submitted first.
