Program Details

• Eligibility: All Essex Property Trust employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Payment Schedule: Bonuses are typically paid out in two installments. The first half is paid once the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment, and the second half is paid at the 6-month mark, assuming continued employment.
• Referral Process: To refer a candidate, employees must submit the candidate's resume through the official referral portal and fill out the necessary forms to ensure proper tracking.
• Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates and are eligible to receive referral bonuses for each successful hire.
