Eligibility and Payout Process

1. Eligibility: All current employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred role (e.g., hiring managers, recruiters).

2. Referral Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the official Erasca referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.

3. Candidate Qualification: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a minimum of 90 days of employment for the referrer to qualify for the bonus.

4. Payout: Once the candidate meets the qualification period, the referral bonus will be processed and included in the referrer's next paycheck.
