   • Referral Bonus: $5,000
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must remain employed for at least 90 days.

2. Product Managers

   • Referral Bonus: $4,500
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must remain employed for at least 90 days.

3. Data Scientists

   • Referral Bonus: $4,000
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must remain employed for at least 90 days.

4. UX/UI Designers

   • Referral Bonus: $3,500
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must remain employed for at least 90 days.

Other Roles

1. Finance Analysts

General Guidelines

• Eligibility: All current employees are eligible to participate except for those in the HR department, hiring managers for the referred position, and senior executives.
