The referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who help us find talented individuals to join our team, particularly in tech and product roles. Below are the details of the referral bonus program.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $4,000
• UX/UI Designer: $3,500
• DevOps Engineer: $4,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,000
• Customer Support Specialist: $2,500
• Human Resources Specialist: $2,000
• Marketing Coordinator: $2,500

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility:

   • All current employees of Equashield, excluding those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
   • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on the company's intranet.

2. Payment Terms:

   • The referral bonus will be paid in two installments: 50% after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment, and the remaining 50% after 180 days.
   • Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be included in the employee’s regular paycheck.

3. Candidate Criteria:

   • The referred candidate must not be a previous applicant or employee of Equashield within the past 12 months.
   • Referrals should align with the skills and experience required for the open positions.

4. Application Process:

   • Employees should notify their referral about the job opening and encourage them to apply.
   • Once the application is submitted, employees must fill out the referral form, providing details about the candidate and the position they are applying for.
