Bonus Structure

Eligibility Criteria
- Referrer Eligibility: All full-time Epiq Global employees are eligible to participate, except for HR personnel and hiring managers responsible for the position.
- Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not be currently employed by Epiq Global or have been employed within the last 12 months.
- Successful Hire: The candidate must be hired and remain employed in good standing for a minimum of 90 days.
Payment Process
- Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus is paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is disbursed after the candidate completes six months of employment.

- Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official Epiq Global referral portal or via email to the HR department,
