Epic Insurance Brokers & Consultants values the contributions of its employees in building a talented workforce. To incentivize and reward employees for recommending qualified candidates, Epic offers a referral bonus program. Below is a detailed overview of the program, focusing on tech/product roles, with additional information on other roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Developers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Analysts: $4,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executives: $3,000
• Underwriters: $3,500
• Customer Support Specialists: $2,000
• HR Specialists: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer Eligibility: All current employees of Epic Insurance Brokers & Consultants, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must be new to Epic and not have applied or been considered for a position within the last 12 months.

Payment Process

• Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the designated internal portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
• Hiring: If the referred candidate is hired, the referrer will be notified upon the candidate's acceptance of the offer.
• Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Program Terms

• Epic Insurance Brokers & Consultants reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral bonus program at any time.
