Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize current employees who help us find and recruit exceptional candidates for various roles within the company, particularly in tech and product positions.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Current Employees: All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the specific role.
• Referred Candidates: Must be external candidates not currently or previously employed by EOS Energy Enterprises within the last 12 months.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is structured to reward employees based on the criticality and level of the position filled. Below are the estimated referral bonuses for different roles:

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Critical Roles

• Sales Executive: $2,000
• Financial Analyst: $1,500
• Operations Manager: $2,000

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment (50%): Paid after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Process

1. Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the company's official referral portal or via email to the HR department with the candidate's resume and relevant details.
2. Acknowledgment: Employees will receive an acknowledgment email within 5 business days confirming the receipt of their referral.
