Envista values the contributions of our employees in growing our talented team. To encourage team members to refer qualified candidates, we offer a competitive referral bonus program, especially for tech and product roles, as well as other key positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months.

2. Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR:
  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer: Must be a current employee of Envista.
• Referred Candidate:
  • Must be hired for a full-time position.
  • Must successfully complete their probation period.
• Referral Process:
  • Submit the candidate's resume via our internal referral portal.
  • Ensure the candidate mentions your referral during the application process.

Additional Terms

• Bonus amounts are subject to applicable taxes and are paid through payroll.
• In the event of multiple referrals for the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first employee who submitted the referral.
• Participation in the referral program is voluntary and open to all Envista employees, except for hiring managers and those involved in the recruitment process for the specific role.
