Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, we offer a competitive referral bonus to acknowledge the specialized skills and expertise these positions require. The bonus structure is as follows:

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must remain with the company for at least 6 months.

• DevOps Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and QA Engineers:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must remain with the company for at least 6 months.

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions. The bonus structure for these roles is as follows:

• Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must remain with the company for at least 6 months.

• Administrative and HR Roles:

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must remain with the company for at least 6 months.

Program Guidelines

• All current employees of Entrust are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referrals must be documented and submitted through the official referral platform before the candidate applies for the position.
• Bonuses are paid out after the referred candidate has completed the 6-month eligibility period.
• There is no cap on the number of referral bonuses an employee can receive.
