• Software Engineer / Developer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Research Scientist: $3,500
• Clinical Operations Manager: $3,000
• Human Resources Specialist: $2,500
• Marketing Specialist: $2,000

Program Details

• Eligibility: All current employees of Entrada Therapeutics are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referral Process: Submit the candidate's resume and a brief introduction through the internal referral portal.
• Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.
• Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must be new to Entrada Therapeutics and must not have applied for any position within the last 12 months.
• Role Specifics: The referral bonus is applicable only to full-time positions listed above. Part-time, contract, and internship roles are not eligible for referral bonuses.
