Program Details
- Eligibility: All current employees of Entrada Therapeutics are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- Referral Process: Submit the candidate's resume and a brief introduction through the internal referral portal.
- Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.
