Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other key positions within the company:

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All current employees, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral program.

How to Refer a Candidate

3. Receive Bonus: Once the referred candidate completes 90 days with the company, the referring employee will receive their bonus in the next payroll cycle.
