To encourage our employees to refer top talent, we have established a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to reward employees who help us find exceptional candidates for our open positions, particularly in tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Customer Support Representative: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete the probationary period of 90 days.
• The referral must be submitted through the official referral portal before the candidate applies or is contacted by our recruitment team.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at Ensurem at the time of the payout.

Payment Schedule

Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments:

1. 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 30 days.
2. The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate successfully completes the 90-day probationary period.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit Online: Use the official referral form available on our intranet portal.
2. Provide Details: Ensure all required candidate information is complete, including a resume and cover letter.
3. Track Progress: Stay updated on the status of your referral through the portal.
