Referral Bonus Details
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $4,500
- Data Scientist: $5,500
- UX/UI Designer: $4,000

Other Roles
- Marketing Specialist: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria
- The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete the probationary period of 90 days.
- The referral must be submitted through the official referral portal before the candidate applies or is contacted by our recruitment team.
- The referring employee must be actively employed at Ensurem at the time of the payout.
Payment Schedule
Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments:
- 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 30 days.
- The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate successfully completes the 90-day probationary period.
