Given the competitive nature and high demand for tech and product positions, Enovis offers a significant referral bonus to encourage referrals in these areas:

  • Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager: $5,000
  • Senior Software Engineer, Lead Product Manager: $7,500
  • Engineering Manager, Director of Product: $10,000

Other High-Demand Roles

For other critical roles outside of tech and product, the referral bonuses are as follows:

  • Sales Executive, Marketing Director: $4,000
  • Operations Manager, HR Business Partner: $3,000

General Roles

For positions not specified above, Enovis still values your referrals and offers a general referral bonus:

Eligibility and Payment

  • Eligibility: All active full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR and recruiting team members.
