EnLink Midstream Referral Bonus

At EnLink Midstream, we value the contributions of our employees and believe that great talent often comes from our own network. To encourage our team to refer exceptional candidates, we offer a competitive referral bonus program. Below, we provide detailed information about the referral bonus for tech/product roles, as well as other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers:

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months.
   • Payment Schedule: Bonus is paid in two installments:
     • $2,500 after the new hire completes their first 3 months.
     • $2,500 after the new hire completes 6 months.

2. IT Support and Technical Analysts:

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and remain with the company for at least 6 months.
   • Payment Schedule: Bonus is paid in two installments:
     • $1,500 after 3 months.
     • $1,500 after 6 months.

Other Roles

1. Engineering and Operations:

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain employed for 6 months.
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,000 after 3 months.
     • $2,000 after 6 months.

2. Administrative and Support Staff:

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and stay for a minimum of 6 months.
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $1,000 after 3 months.
     • $1,000 after 6 months.
