We believe that our team members are well-positioned to identify and recommend talented individuals who align with our company culture and values. To incentivize and reward successful referrals, we have structured a comprehensive referral bonus program. Below is a detailed overview of the referral bonus program particularly focused on tech/product roles, along with mentions of other roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $4,000
• UX/UI Designers: $3,500
• DevOps Engineers: $4,000

Other Roles

• Sales Representatives: $3,000
• Marketing Specialists: $2,500
• Customer Support: $2,000
• HR and Administrative Roles: $1,500

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be an active employee at the time of the referral and at the time the bonus is paid out.
• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee and successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days.

Payout Process

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred employee completes their first month.
  • Remaining 50% after the probationary period of 90 days is successfully completed.

Submission Guidelines

• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal or to the HR department before the candidate applies.
• Include the candidate's resume and a brief explanation of why they would be a good fit for the role.
• Ensure that the candidate is aware of the referral and consents to their information being submitted.

Exclusions

• Referrals of past employees, current contractors, or interns are not eligible for the bonus.
