Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees for referring qualified candidates who are subsequently hired for various roles within the company. Below are the detailed guidelines and estimates for the referral bonuses, with a focus on tech and product roles.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $4,500
- Data Scientist: $5,000
- UX/UI Designer: $3,500
- DevOps Engineer: $4,000

Other Roles

Eligibility and Payment Process
- Eligibility: All current employees of Encompass LLC are eligible to participate in the Referral Bonus Program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
- Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on the company's internal portal.
- Payment Process: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days with the company.
- The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate has successfully completed six months of employment.
Program Rules
- Referral Validity: A referral is considered valid only if the candidate is hired for a full-time position, and the referral was submitted before the candidate applied on their own or was contacted by our recruitment team.
