1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,500 paid after the new hire completes 90 days.
     • Remaining $2,500 paid upon the new hire's 1-year anniversary.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,250 paid after the new hire completes 90 days.
     • Remaining $2,250 paid upon the new hire's 1-year anniversary.

3. Data Analyst

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,000 paid after the new hire completes 90 days.
