Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Employees: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position (e.g., hiring managers, recruiters).
• Candidates: Referred candidates must not already be in the company’s applicant tracking system or have applied to the company within the last six months.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies based on the level and type of position being filled. Below are the estimated bonus amounts for different roles:

Technology and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Quality Assurance Specialist: $2,500
• Regulatory Affairs Specialist: $2,500
• Manufacturing Technician: $2,000

Payment Terms

• Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Referral Process
