1. Software Engineer

   • Referral Bonus: $3,000
   • Eligibility: Full-time positions in development teams, including front-end, back-end, and full-stack roles.
   • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.

2. Product Manager

   • Referral Bonus: $3,500
   • Eligibility: Positions involved in product strategy, planning, and execution.
