As part of our efforts to attract top talent, we offer a Referral Bonus Program for employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired. Referral Bonus Details
Eligibility
- Who can refer? All current EMCORE Corporation employees, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
- Who can be referred? Candidates for any open position, with a focus on tech/product roles such as software engineers, product managers, and data analysts.
Bonus Amounts
- Tech/Product Roles:
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Analyst: $2,500
- Other Roles:
- Sales Executive: $2,000
- HR Specialist: $1,500
Payment Schedule
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% upon the referred candidate's successful completion of their first 90 days.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
Conditions
- The referred candidate must be hired for a permanent, full-time position.
- The employee making the referral must be actively employed with EMCORE Corporation at the time of both bonus payments.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
How to Refer
- Submit a Referral Form: Employees should fill out the official referral form available on the company's intranet or HR portal.
- Include Required Information: Provide candidate's name, contact information, and position for which they are being referred.
