Our referral bonus program is designed to encourage and reward employees for referring candidates who embody our values and possess the skills we need to drive our mission forward. Below is a detailed breakdown of the bonus structure for different roles:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers/Developers:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire's first month, remaining 50% after six months.

• Product Managers:

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire's first month, remaining 50% after six months.

• UX/UI Designers:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,500
