Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize current employees to refer top talent for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. Below is a detailed breakdown of the referral bonus structure, including estimates and specific roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,000
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $2,500

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• Customer Support Representative: $1,000
• HR Specialist: $1,000

Eligibility and Payment Process

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Temporary employees, contract workers, and recruitment team members are not eligible.
• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official referral submission form available on the company’s intranet. Ensure all required information is provided for the referral to be considered valid.
• Payment Timing: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments: 50% after the referred candidate completes three months of employment and the remaining 50% after six months of employment.
• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral form was received first.

• Role Updates: Bonus amounts and eligible roles are subject to change based on company needs and market conditions. Employees will be notified of any changes to the program.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied to Elevation in the past 12 months through any channel, including third-party recruitment agencies.
