Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

  • Successful Hire Bonus: $5,000
  • Half-Payment After 3 Months: $2,500
  • Final Payment After 12 Months: $2,500

• UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers:

  • Successful Hire Bonus: $4,000
  • Half-Payment After 3 Months: $2,000
  • Final Payment After 12 Months: $2,000

Other Roles

• Marketing, Sales, HR:

  • Successful Hire Bonus: $2,500
  • Half-Payment After 3 Months: $1,250
  • Final Payment After 12 Months: $1,250

• Administrative, Customer Support:

  • Successful Hire Bonus: $1,500

Eligibility and Terms

• Current Employees: Only current employees of ElkTech are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied to ElkTech in the past 12 months.
• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official ElkTech referral form.
• Bonus Payments: Bonuses are paid out in two installments, contingent upon the new hire remaining employed with ElkTech for the specified duration.
