Program Overview

Our referral program is designed to incentivize current employees and community members to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the Elizabethtown Independent Schools system. We are particularly focused on filling roles in the technology and product sectors, but referrals for other positions are also welcome.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Developer

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Criteria: Candidate must remain employed for at least 6 months.

• Product Manager

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Criteria: Candidate must remain employed for at least 6 months.

• IT Specialist

  • Bonus Amount: $1,000
  • Criteria: Candidate must remain employed for at least 6 months.

Other Roles

• Teacher

  • Bonus Amount: $800
  • Criteria: Candidate must remain employed for at least 6 months.

• Administrative Staff

  • Bonus Amount: $500
  • Criteria: Candidate must remain employed for at least 6 months.

Eligibility

• Referrer Eligibility:
  • Open to all current employees of Elizabethtown Independent Schools and community members.
  • Referrer must not be involved in the hiring decision for the referred position.
• Candidate Eligibility:
  • Must meet the minimum qualifications for the role.
  • Must successfully pass the hiring process and remain employed for the required period.
