Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. Below are the details of the referral bonus program, including estimates and specifics for various roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,500
• Quality Assurance Engineer: $4,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Customer Support Representative: $2,000
• HR Coordinator: $2,500
• Finance Analyst: $3,000

Program Details

• Referral Eligibility: All current full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those in Human Resources or involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

• Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the company’s internal referral portal with the candidate’s resume and a brief description of their qualifications.

• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must be new to Elevai Labs and not have applied to any position within the past 12 months. They must also meet the minimum qualifications for the role.

• Bonus Cap: There is no cap on the number of referral bonuses an employee can
