• Tech & Product Roles: Includes positions such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and DevOps Engineers.
• Other Roles: While our program focuses on tech and product roles, referrals for other critical roles such as Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources are also encouraged and rewarded.

Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech & Product Roles

   • Software Engineers & Data Scientists
     • Bonus Amount: $3,000
     • Payment Timeline: 50% paid after the new hire completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
   • Product Managers & Designers
     • Bonus Amount: $2,500
     • Payment Timeline: 50% paid after the new hire completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
   • DevOps Engineers
     • Bonus Amount: $2,500
