EFG International values the contribution of its employees in building a strong and talented workforce. To enhance our recruitment efforts, we have established a Referral Bonus Program that rewards employees for referring successful candidates. This program is particularly focused on sourcing talent for our tech and product roles, although it applies to other positions as well.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000 USD
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a 6-month probation period.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after the candidate's first month and the remaining 50% after the probation period.

• Product Manager

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500 USD
  • Eligibility: Successful hire and completion of a 6-month probation period.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonus is split into two payments, with 50% after the first month and the remainder after six months.

• Data Scientist

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000 USD
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must pass the 6-month probation period.
  • Payment Schedule: 50% of the bonus is paid after the candidate's first month, and the rest after successfully completing the probation.

Other Roles

• Finance Analyst

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000 USD
  • Eligibility: The candidate needs to be successfully hired and pass the probation period of 6 months.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonus is dispersed in two parts: 50% after one month and 50% after six months.

• HR Specialist

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500 USD
