Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Referral Bonus: $3,000

Other Roles

• Referral Bonus: $1,500
• Eligible Positions: Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Customer Support

While the bonus for non-tech roles is lower, it still reflects our appreciation for helping us find talented individuals who contribute to our overall success.

Bonus Payment Details

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment, and the second half is paid after they complete 6 months.
