Effector Therapeutics Referral Bonus Program

Effector Therapeutics values the contribution of its employees in identifying top talent to join our team. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize and reward employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired into our organization. Below are the details of our referral bonus structure, specifically focusing on tech and product roles, with additional information on other roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

Employees who refer candidates for tech and product roles are eligible for the following bonuses, contingent upon the successful hiring and completion of the candidate's probation period (usually 90 days):

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $4,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $4,000

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions within the company. Here are some examples:

• Sales and Marketing: $3,000
• Human Resources: $2,500
• Finance: $2,500
• Administrative Support: $1,000

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current full-time employees of Effector Therapeutics are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the company’s designated referral platform or email the recruitment team with the candidate's resume and contact information.

3. Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • 50% upon the new hire’s first day of work.
   • 50% after the new hire successfully completes their probationary period.

4. Referral Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make. However, bonuses are only applicable for candidates not already in the recruitment process.
