• Software Engineers (all levels):

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Referral must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

• Product Managers:

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Eligibility: Referral must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

• Data Scientists/Analysts:

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Eligibility: Referral must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

• UX/UI Designers:

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
