• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Edgewell Personal Care are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, with the exception of HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.

• Referral Process: Employees can refer candidates by submitting their resumes through the internal referral portal or via email to the HR department, ensuring the candidate mentions the referrer's name in their application.

Bonus Structure for Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer / Developer Roles:

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
