Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer / Developer

   • Referral Bonus: $3,000
   • Eligibility: Bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

2. Product Manager

   • Referral Bonus: $3,500
   • Eligibility: Bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after 90 days and 50% after 180 days of employment.

3. UI/UX Designer

   • Referral Bonus: $2,500
   • Eligibility: Bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

4. Data Scientist / Analyst

   • Referral Bonus: $3,000
   • Eligibility: Bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after 90 days and 50% after 180 days of employment.

Other Roles

1. Marketing Specialist

   • Referral Bonus: $2,000
   • Eligibility: Bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

2. Retail Manager

   • Referral Bonus: $1,500

3. Customer Service Representative
